What better way to cure that New Year’s hangover than with a hearty Wisconsin Bloody Mary? Matthew (aka Chewy) is a bartender and viral Tiktok creator whose content illustrates what it’s like working behind the pine in America’s Dairyland. Although things start off a bit rocky when Steve slanders and disparages the winningest team in NFL history, Chewy’s Midwestern Charm and delicious Bloody carries us through to a warm end to 2022.
Chewy’s Pub On Wisconsin’s Bloody Mary
- 2 oz. Bacon/Garlic Infused Leap Vodka
- 6 oz. Sacramento Bloody Mary Mix
- 3 Dashes Worcestershire Sauce
- 1 Good Shake of Celery Salt
- ½ Dollop of A1 Steak Sauce
- Dash Wauwatosa Seasoning
- 5 Dashes Vulcan Fire Salts
- Tabasco Hot Sauce (To Taste)
- Garnish With: Lemon, Lime, Beef Stick, Celery Stick, Pickle, Green Olives, Pickled Mushrooms, Pickled Asparagus, Pickled Green Beans, and Cheese Curds.
- Chase With: 5 oz. of Your Favorite Beer (aka PBR)
Add all ingredients into a shaker filled with ice, toss 4 times from shaker to pint glass, garnish, and enjoy! Note: If you’re like Chewy and you don’t like Bloody Mary’s, substitute the vodka with Tullamore Dew Irish Whiskey for a Bloody Molly.
