Spicy Mezcal Paloma

  • 1.75 oz Mezcal (Illegal or Gem & Bolt)
  • 1 oz Cayenne Simple Syrup
  • 1.25 oz Fresh Squeezed Lime Juice
  • 2 oz Fresh Squeezed Ruby Grapefruit Juice
  • Garnish with Lime Wedge

Add all ingredients to a shaker filled with ice, shake it up, pour into a glass filled with ice, garnish with a lime wedge and enjoy!
