Episode #42 The Count Pitaya with Adam Rains

For our last episode of the Vegas Bar Crawl, Adam sends us home with a refreshing tiki drink of his own creation. Currently the beverage director for the world famous Golden Tiki, Adam takes us on a journey filled with Polynesian Phalluses, stolen treasure, ghosts and even the legendary Mike Tyson!

The Count Pitaya

  • .75 oz Diplomatico Planas
  • .75 oz Diplomatico Mantuano
  • 1 1/2 tsp Camazotz Oaxacan Rum
  • .5 oz Dress the Drink Velvet Falernum
  • .25 oz Marie Brizard Apricot
  • 2 Drops of Tiki Bitters
  • .5 oz Pitaya Puree
  • .5 oz lime .5 oz Pineapple
  • Saturn Glass, Pineapple Fronds, Saturn Ring, Dark Flower

Chill tiki mugs and fill with pebble ice. Add all ingredients into a shaker with a few pebbles of ice. Shake the drink awake into a frothy mixture. Pour into tiki mugs or Saturn Glass and enjoy!
